Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions in-home or at our outpatient center, focusing on the specific needs and goals of each child and family.

• Develop and implement treatment plans that emphasize anger management, social skills development, and the reduction of high-risk behaviors.

• Support caregivers by enhancing their decision-making skills and strategies to address behavioral challenges at home.
\n
• Engage in regular collaboration with Child Family Treatment Teams and other professionals to provide comprehensive support.

• Document all therapy sessions and treatment progress accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with clinic policies.

• Participate in monthly team meetings, sharing insights and recommendations to improve client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on children aged 3 to 20 with developmental and intellectual disabilities. You will have the chance to work with a diverse range of clients, applying therapeutic techniques tailored to their unique challenges and goals. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in Pennsylvania.

• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle for travel to client homes.

• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, including fingerprinting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
