About Our Client
Addison Group is partnering with a growing organization seeking an experienced HR Director to lead its people strategy and oversee all aspects of the HR function. This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who enjoys balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on execution while partnering closely with executive leadership.
Job Description
The Director of Human Resources will oversee the organization's Human Resources operations, providing leadership across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, payroll, compliance, and HR strategy. This individual will drive organizational initiatives that support business growth, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for all Human Resources functions.
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
- Lead recruiting, onboarding, retention, succession planning, and leadership development efforts.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management programs.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and HR best practices.
- Manage compensation, benefits, payroll oversight, and HR operations.
- Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and internal processes.
- Utilize workforce analytics and HR metrics to support business decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Human Resources team.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, payroll, compliance, and performance management.
- Experience leading HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office.
- HR certification (SHRM or HRCI) is preferred.
