Nurse Lead - RN

Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts

Assignment Details: Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Contract length: 13 weeks

Requirements: RN license Experience in unit-based leadership

Roles & Responsibilities: Provide leadership by collaborating with the Nurse Manager, Director, Physicians, and staff. Supervise and direct the activities of assigned nursing and ancillary personnel. Ensure patients receive cost-effective, professional care that results in positive outcomes and high patient satisfaction. Assess and implement steps to improve the quality of patient experience. Maintain the highest level of patient safety.
