Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and goals of clients within various family dynamics.
\n
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions based on evidence-based practices.
\n
• Facilitate group therapy sessions focusing on skill-building and relational strategies.
\n
• Utilize technologies, including Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, to document client progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and community resources to provide holistic support to clients.
\n
• Actively participate in weekly team meetings to discuss case management and therapeutic approaches.
\n
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the unique cultural and individual needs of clients.

• Stay updated on best practices and therapeutic methodologies, including CBT, TF-CBT, and EMDR.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges, including trauma, grief, and relational conflict. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Studies, or a related field from an accredited program.

• Active, unrestricted LMFT license.

• Strong bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English to effectively reach a broader client base.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a behavioral health setting working with families, children, and adults.

• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and respect for clients' backgrounds and traditions.

• A commitment to ethical practices and adherence to HIPAA confidentiality guidelines.

• Proficiency in EHR software and Microsoft Office applications.

• A valid Driver's License and automobile insurance for potential client home visits.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in specialized areas such as Trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, Grief & Loss, or Perinatal Mental Health.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a virtual environment and deliver telehealth services.

• Willingness to accept insurance panels and provide in-network services if applicable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
