Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Maury Physical Therapy, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough examinations and evaluations of patients to diagnose functional impairments.
• Developing tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs, functional capabilities, and clinical findings.
• Providing ongoing consultations to medical staff regarding patient care and treatment approaches.
• Implementing prescribed therapies and techniques while continuously monitoring and adjusting plans based on patient progress.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of all patient treatments, charges, and interactions to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care for patients, including both referral sources and other healthcare providers.
• Participating in community outreach initiatives, enhancing program development, and engaging in quality improvement efforts.
• Supervising support staff and contributing to the education and training of team members.
• Regularly attending staff meetings and engaging in professional development through workshops and continuing education programs.

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current State License in Physical Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
