You promote practical knowledge transfer and support your team in confidently using modern work methods and digital applications. You use digital solutions and AI-powered assistance systems to design work processes that are efficient and future-oriented. You will collaborate across departments with various stakeholders, communicating clearly, professionally, and as an equal partner. Your Qualifications In-depth technical and process knowledge in the energy industry. Several years of experience in the technical and disciplinary leadership of teams. Strong communication skills, a confident demeanor, and a high level of interpersonal skills. A structured and self-directed approach to work, along with the ability to make decisions and actively drive change.
