Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments with couples and families to identify therapeutic goals.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions as well as joint sessions to address relational dynamics and personal challenges.
\n
• Providing evidence-based interventions to support clients dealing with a wide range of issues, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol and substance abuse
\n
• Trauma and abuse (physical and psychological)
\n
• Grief and loss
\n
• Family conflicts, including sibling issues and cut-offs
\n
• Job-related stress and medical illnesses
\n
• Challenges in blended families or remarriage
\n
• Separation, divorce, and adjustment to these life changes
\n
• Communication difficulties within family units
\n
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to create integrated care plans that address both mental and physical health needs.
\n
• Documenting and maintaining accurate records of client progress and outcomes in alignment with state regulations and organizational standards.
\n
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adult clients and children/adolescents across a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences. Your focus will be on promoting healing within family systems and supporting individuals through life's transitions and challenges. You will help clients navigate their personal struggles while fostering a supportive environment conducive to therapy.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
