Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and maintain trusting and positive relationships with clients to facilitate open communication and effective therapy.

• Comprehensively assess and diagnose mental health disorders through various methods including clinical assessments, observations, and patient interviews.

• Create tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs and circumstances of each patient, using evidence-based methodologies.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques that encourage emotional and psychological growth.

• Monitor client progress through regular follow-up sessions and apply necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on assessed needs.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and specialists as required to ensure comprehensive care and resource-sharing for client benefit.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Participate in supervisory sessions, team meetings, and training programs to further develop skills and enhance treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is required.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
