The Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Regional Dispatch Manager to join our team. The Regional Dispatch Manager is responsible for overseeing daily dispatching operations, optimizing routes, and managing communication with field personnel. This role requires strong leadership skills, problem solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment. This is an opportunity for a long-term position and to join a growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor the dispatching team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
• Monitor and manage daily dispatching activities to ensure timely responses and service delivery
• Ensure proper allocation of resources, including vehicles, equipment, and personnel, to meet operational needs
• Oversee the use and maintenance of dispatching software and systems to tack and manage service requests
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the dispatching team to enhance skills and performance

Requirements and Skills:

• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Proven experience as a Dispatching Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within a dispatching environment
• Strong knowledge of dispatching operations, route optimization, and logistics
• Excellent leadership and decision making
• Proficiency in dispatching software
