New York, NY | $58,000 – $90,000 DOE | Full-time

Hybrid flexibility after 90 days

A leading luxury travel company is seeking a highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support communications, campaigns, and brand initiatives across digital and print channels. This is a hands-on role where no two days look the same—you’ll proof materials, coordinate campaigns, manage vendors, and keep projects moving in a fast-paced, creative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support B2B and B2C marketing communications, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
• Manage multiple campaigns while keeping projects on time and on brand.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, vendors, and the sales team to bring marketing initiatives to life.
• Maintain and manage digital assets, collateral, and trade show logistics.
• Track competitor activity and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations.
• Use generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) to streamline workflows and spark creative solutions.
• Support analytics, project management, and marketing technology adoption.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years of marketing coordination or communications experience (luxury, travel, or hospitality a plus).
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Experience working with Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and marketing platforms.
• Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn new technologies and trends.
