Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Care Free Healthcare Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Performing comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans that are grounded in established best practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Utilizing your therapeutic expertise to provide a range of evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other relevant standards to protect patient confidentiality.

• Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to discuss and coordinate care approaches for complex cases, enhancing the overall quality of service delivered to clients.

• Actively participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to engage in continuous learning and improve treatment outcomes.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, helping them navigate their mental health journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, encompassing individuals from various socioeconomic backgrounds, age groups, and cultural perspectives. You will help patients manage a multitude of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
