Key Responsibilities\n

• Employ your advanced education and clinical training to accurately assess and formulate comprehensive psychosocial diagnoses for a diverse clientele.

• Implement evidence-based interventions, including solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, problem-solving treatment, and behavioral activation, to guide patients toward recovery.

• Monitor patient progress meticulously—conducting therapy sessions both in-person and virtually while utilizing systematic tracking methods to measure advancements towards treatment goals.

• Support medication management in alignment with medical directives, paying particular attention to promoting adherence and observing potential side effects to optimize patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse group of clients, including individuals from various backgrounds and experiences facing mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Possession of an active, valid, and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
