This role is integral to our mission of providing comprehensive mental health support at our Detox Center. As an LCSW, you will facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, develop personalized treatment plans, and play a key role in case management and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial intake assessments to evaluate client needs and develop appropriate clinical interventions.

• Provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions employing a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Collaborate with the Utilization Review Department to ensure that client services are authorized and payments processed efficiently.
\n
• Create and regularly update individualized treatment plans that reflect client goals and therapeutic progress.
\n
• Document all client interactions and treatment activities accurately in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations.
\n
• Engage in community outreach efforts to enhance resource connections for your clients, including interpretation and translation services as required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with adults and adolescents in a detox setting, addressing issues such as addiction recovery, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Your work will provide vital support to clients navigating significant life challenges, ensuring they receive the mental health care necessary for recovery and personal empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW licensure in the state of California.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex clinical concepts in an understandable manner.

• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain healthy, professional boundaries with clients.

• Timely completion of required documentation and adherence to treatment planning protocols.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a detox or substance abuse recovery setting.

• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Prior experience working with diverse populations, preferably in a remote or telehealth capacity.
