Key Qualifications: Current and active Connecticut School Psychologist License Previous experience as a School Psychologist in a school-based environment Skilled in conducting assessments, developing interventions, and guiding educational staff Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work onsite and effectively coordinate support for multiple students Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate, confidential documentation Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to support student learning and development Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with staff and families Provide counseling and intervention services for students with academic, behavioral, and emotional needs Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, offering expertise in student evaluation, progress, and planning Support crisis intervention and promote positive, inclusive school environments Maintain timely and thorough documentation aligned with state and school policies Assignments include working at Bristol Central High School from late August 2026 through March 2027, and West Bristol School from October 2026 through January 2027 With a supportive environment and meaningful assignments, this role is perfect for School Psychologists ready to make a lasting impact throughout the 2026-2027 school year.
