Help Desk Support Specialist

Providing remote technical support, the Help Desk Support Specialist will diagnose and resolve issues for Edward Jones branches and remote users while ensuring an exceptional support experience. Key responsibilities Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to video and phone systems, access issues, and data connectivity Deliver high-quality support via phone, guiding users through technical solutions using a structured knowledge base Maintain detailed records of daily activities, system functions, and user interactions while identifying trends for effective problem resolution Required qualifications Associate degree in computer science or related field or 2 years of related work experience Proficient in relevant technologies and tools, with the ability to follow technical instructions Availability to work occasional weekends and holidays for support coverage Experience in a call center environment preferred Professional remote workspace with high-speed internet access
