Key Responsibilities

In your role as an Orthopedic Rehabilitation Physical Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their needs, limitations, and setting achievable therapeutic goals.
• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities and interventions to enhance recovery.
• Administering therapy sessions focused on improving strength, mobility, and functional performance while prioritizing patient comfort and safety.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize treatment outcomes and align patient care with best practices and clinical guidelines.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient documentation, including progress notes and treatment outcomes, in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Providing education and support to patients and their families regarding rehabilitation processes and self-management strategies to foster independence post-treatment.
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the highest level of care and achievement of functional goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will focus primarily on orthopedic patients, including those recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from an accredited organization.

Preferred Experience
