The ideal candidate will have experience in managing patients with spinal neuro trauma, gunshot wounds, quadriplegia, and paraplegia. This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals with complex medical and surgical needs. Monitor patient progress and adapt care plans as necessary. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and recovery processes. Qualifications Current and valid nursing license. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical/surgical nursing specialty. Proficient in EPIC electronic health record system. Strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
