This position involves providing high-quality care to a diverse population of Med/Surg patients in a supportive and dynamic environment. Unit Information 30-bed unit Mix of medical and surgical patients Nurse-to-patient ratio: 5-6:1 Responsibilities Provide direct patient care for medical and surgical patients. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. Participate in patient assessments, monitoring, and education. Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required. Experience in a level 1 trauma or mid to large hospital setting is preferred. BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
