Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document all treatments, patient responses, and progress in accordance with state regulations and facility policies.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and families on treatment plans and strategies for effective management and recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to integrate care plans that address the complex needs of each patient.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
