Hybrid Insurance Sales Representative (P&C + Life/Health)

What you'll do:

• Quote and sell auto, home, life, health, and financial services products.
• Follow up on internet leads, referrals, and existing customer opportunities.
• Develop your own referral pipeline and prospecting strategies.
• Conduct phone and virtual appointments with prospective customers.
• Cross-sell existing customers to maximize household penetration.
• Maintain detailed records within our CRM system.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly production goals.

Compensation: base pay (based on experience) plus uncapped commissions and bonuses. Top performers who fully embrace the opportunity can realistically earn $75,000-$100,000+ annually, with exceptional producers earning significantly more.

What we're looking for:

• Required: active property & casualty insurance license, strong communication and relationship-building skills, self-motivated and highly disciplined, ability to work independently in a remote environment, competitive mindset with a proven history of achieving goals.
• Preferred: previous experience in insurance sales, active life & health license, track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, experience selling multiple insurance products.
