Paralegal

To support a dynamic legal practice, the full-time Support & Triage Paralegal will serve as the first point of contact for technology issues and incoming client matters, troubleshoot technical problems, manage matter intake, and perform standard paralegal tasks in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for attorneys and clients, escalating complex problems as needed Own the intake process for client matters, assessing their legal nature and determining appropriate actions Handle standard paralegal tasks independently, including document revisions, filings, and correspondence Required qualifications Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience; bachelor's degree preferred 3-5 years of experience in a law firm, legal tech, or in-house legal environment Strong legal foundation in commercial contracts and general corporate matters Experience with project management tools and a tech-forward mindset Ability to work Eastern Time hours (7am-3pm ET), Monday-Friday
