ROLE DESCRIPTION Building strong, personal relationships with clients is a key component of the Franchise Branch’s success. As a Franchise Branch Client Relationship Specialist, you will serve as the manager of our front-of-house client experience while playing a vital role in supporting client service, account administration, branch operations, and business development activities. This position serves as the primary point of contact for many client interactions and is responsible for ensuring every client and prospective client receives an exceptional experience when visiting or contacting the branch. In addition to managing the front desk and reception area, you will work closely with financial consultants to support client relationships, coordinate operational activities, process account paperwork, and assist with branch growth initiatives. Candidates with prior experience as a Sales Assistant, Client Service Associate, Branch Administrator, Financial Services Representative, Customer Service Professional, or similar client-facing support role are encouraged to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Front Desk & Client Experience Manage the branch reception area and oversee the overall front-of-house client experience. Greet clients and prospects when they arrive and ensure they feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated. Offer refreshments and ensure clients are comfortable while waiting for meetings. Answer inbound phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members. Help triage walk-ins and call-ins with the appropriate parties. Maintain branch appearance and presentation standards consistent with the Schwab brand. Ensure all visitors receive an exceptional and memorable client experience. Client Service & Relationship Management Deliver outstanding service and provide all clients with an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up. Assist clients with service requests and account maintenance needs. Schedule client meetings with financial consultants when appropriate. Help clients navigate Schwab’s online platform and mobile application. Support clients with account-related questions and service inquiries. Document client interactions and service activities within Salesforce. Account Administration & Operations Prepare, review, and submit new account documentation and client paperwork. Follow up on client paperwork and outstanding operational items. Assist unexpected walk-ins with opening new accounts and navigating the Schwab platform when appropriate. Coordinate with Schwab operational departments to help resolve client issues. Maintain accurate client records and documentation. Notarize documents when required. Business Development & Marketing Support Support branch marketing activities designed to drive client acquisition and deepen existing client relationships. Assist with planning, preparation, and execution of client appreciation events, educational seminars, and marketing initiatives. Help send gifts, correspondence, and other client communications. Support client outreach and relationship-building efforts. Assist financial consultants with client meeting preparation and follow-up activities when needed. Team & Branch Support Maintain branch operations in accordance with Schwab brand standards. Collaborate closely with financial consultants and branch team members. Provide flexible support on special projects and branch initiatives. Contribute to a positive, client-focused culture dedicated to service excellence and growth.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Qualifications Previous experience within the brokerage, wealth management, banking, or other client-focused professional service industries preferred. Experience as a Sales Assistant, Client Service Associate, Branch Administrator, Financial Services Representative, Customer Service Professional, or similar role preferred. Experience supporting client relationships and delivering exceptional service is highly valued. Required Skills & Attributes Pass Schwab’s required background screening, including credit check, FBI check, and drug screening. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional, trustworthy, outgoing, and highly personable. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Experience handling client concerns and inquiries with tact, diplomacy, and sound judgment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships. Comfortable learning and utilizing technology to improve client service and operational efficiency. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and client relationship management systems. Flexibility and willingness to support a wide variety of branch activities and client needs.

HOURS & COMPENSATION

Full-time position Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Occasional evenings and weekends to support client events Compensation is commensurate with experience, qualifications, and skills.
