Talent Acquisition Manager

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) and PTO Talent Acquisition Manager: The Talent Acquisition Manager leads the organization's talent acquisition strategy and full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent. This role manages a team of recruiters, partners with business leaders on workforce planning, and leverages Workday, analytics, and strategic sourcing strategies to support organizational growth. Healthcare recruiting experience is required. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce plans. Partner with leaders to forecast staffing needs and build proactive recruiting pipelines for critical positions. Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters while establishing performance expectations and recruiting metrics. Serve as the Workday ATS subject matter expert, optimizing recruiting workflows, reporting, and user adoption. Analyze and report on key recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness, and cost per hire. Manage recruitment vendors, agency partnerships, and related budgets. Ensure compliance with employment laws and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring process. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. 5+ years of talent acquisition experience within a healthcare organization, including full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and levels. 3+ years of recruiting leadership and people management experience. Demonstrated success developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies in a high-growth or complex environment. Strong Workday ATS experience, including system administration, reporting, and recruiting workflow optimization. Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
