Pay Rate: Up to $2800 Weekly Gross for 40hours/Week

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments in the patient's home.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and wound care as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and assess changes in the patient's condition.
• Educate patients and family members about medications, disease management, and home care.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

• 1 years recent Experience - [Required]
• Active RN license- [Required]
• BLS (AHA) certification - [Required]
• Driver License
