A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Mainframe Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC/ Plano, TX/Pennington, NJ
Must Have:

• Design, develop, and implement complex software applications, often leveraging new technologies.
• Provide technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure the successful delivery of software solutions.
• Serve as a proficient technical resource, leading projects and directing team activities related to special initiatives or operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in IT software development and the SDLC lifecycle.
• Database experience with Mainframe, DB2, CICS
• More concerned with what they've worked on (not just batching) than years of exp.
• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $60/Hr on w2 to $65/HR on W2
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
