Responsibilities

About the Role

As an In-Home HVAC Sales Consultant , you'll meet directly with homeowners to evaluate their heating and cooling needs and recommend solutions that fit their home, comfort goals, and budget. In this customer-focused consultative role , you'll educate customers on available HVAC options and help guide them through the decision-making process.

You'll have the support of a dedicated installation team, quick project turnaround times, and industry-leading warranties to help deliver an exceptional customer experience. Best of all, every appointment is provided by the company , allowing you to focus on serving customers and closing sales rather than prospecting or generating your own leads.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements

We're looking for driven sales professionals who excel at building trust with homeowners and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with residential, in-home sales
• Proven success in a consultative sales environment
• One-call-close sales experience is highly valued
• HVAC industry knowledge is a plus and may be required in certain markets

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening
• Comfortable accessing attics, crawl spaces, and other areas as needed for home evaluations
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on customer scheduling needs
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and recommend appropriate solutions
