As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a secure environment. What You'll Do Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as required. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible presence. Document security-related incidents and observations according to Allied Universal and site-specific procedures. Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and/or patients while performing duties throughout the location. Assist with emergency response activities, including evacuations and/or medical emergencies, as directed by site procedures. Minimum Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. CPR or First Aid certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
