Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, reviewing pertinent medical histories, performing specific assessments, and documenting findings to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation results and treatment plans to patients and their families, ensuring their involvement in goal-setting to enhance patient engagement and satisfaction.
