Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, enabling the development of tailored service plans.

• Provide therapeutic counseling to individuals and families using evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group counseling sessions, adapting techniques to best serve varying demographics and presenting challenges.

• Design and implement service plans that align with clients' goals, collaborating with them to chart achievable pathways to enhance their mental and emotional health.

• Act as an advocate for clients’ rights, ensuring they have access to available social services, community resources, and educational opportunities.

• Engage in program development and evaluation while participating in grant reporting to ensure ongoing funding and resource availability for our initiatives.

• Work closely with community organizations, government agencies, and volunteers to expand service capacity and streamline processes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
