The team manages large-scale SQL Server environments powering core business applications and operates in a fast-paced, highly regulated setting where database stability and optimization are essential to success.

This role offers the chance to take ownership of complex SQL Server environments, work on performance-critical systems, and partner closely with engineering and infrastructure teams. The position provides long-term project stability and exposure to enterprise-scale database operations.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Manage and maintain enterprise SQL Server database environments
- Analyze and optimize query performance and execution plans
- Design and maintain effective indexing strategies
- Diagnose and resolve blocking, deadlocks, and concurrency issues
- Manage SQL Server statistics and cardinality estimation
- Support SQL Server upgrades and version migrations
- Implement and maintain high-availability and replication solutions
- Ensure database reliability, security, and performance standards
Are You an Experienced SQL Server DBA Ready to Make an Impact?
- 10+ years of experience administering SQL Server environments
- Deep understanding of SQL Server internals, memory, and I/O behavior
- Proven expertise in query optimization and indexing strategies
- Strong knowledge of statistics and cardinality estimation
- Hands-on experience resolving concurrency and locking issues
- Experience with SQL Server version upgrades and migrations
- Expertise in AlwaysOn Availability Groups and replication technologies
- Strong communication skills and ability to support critical systems
