Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate the mental health needs, strengths, and resources of clients, particularly students.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to a school environment.

• Implement cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused strategies, and trauma-informed care techniques to address client issues.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and educational staff, to create and monitor personalized treatment plans aimed at facilitating student wellness.

• Offer crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning to ensure the immediate well-being of clients.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in accordance with professional and legal standards, contributing to the integrity of our clinical records.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops, group therapy sessions, and support groups to promote mental health awareness and resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with students in school settings, from diverse backgrounds and with varying mental health challenges. Your role will be pivotal in identifying early signs of distress and promoting mental health education to empower students to thrive both academically and socially.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.

• Strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic practices and an understanding of the unique mental health needs of children and adolescents.

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with an attractive sign-on bonus.
