Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather insights into clients' mental health concerns and identify their strengths and resources.

• Deliver evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with educational staff and healthcare professionals to devise and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.

• Facilitate crisis intervention protocols, performing risk assessments and developing safety plans when necessary.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans meticulously in accordance with ethical practices and state regulations.

• Organize and lead group therapy sessions, educational workshops, and peer support groups aimed at equipping clients with coping mechanisms and resilience.

Qualifications\n
