Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform initial mental health assessments to determine the needs of students and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific situations.

• Deliver ongoing counseling and support to students addressing issues including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and behavioral problems.

• Provide effective crisis intervention, including assessments for suicide risk and the implementation of immediate support strategies during critical moments.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, school psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care for students.

• Maintain accurate case records and documentation in accordance with strict legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
