Work Environment

This position is primarily office-based, requiring regular visits to our clients' homes in The Villages and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations, documenting findings to shape integrated treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of treatment modalities, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and assistive devices, to restore function and alleviate pain.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each patient's unique goals and progressive healing.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient progress, responses to treatments, and any necessary updates to therapeutic goals.
• Engage patients and their families in the treatment process, providing education on therapeutic techniques and recommendations for at-home care.
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and adjust as needed to meet evolving patient needs.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities to remain current with best practices in the field of physical therapy.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Valid and active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.

• Proficiency in using electronic health records and documentation software.
• A positive attitude and adaptability to meet the varying needs of patients.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and clinical excellence.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience is preferred but not required; new graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 – $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
