Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions in their homes.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercises, manual therapy, and assistive equipment.
• Regularly assess and document patient progress in line with their therapeutic goals, modifying treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients, family members, and caregivers on proper use of assistive devices and effective physical therapy techniques to enhance recovery.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with interdisciplinary team members to foster comprehensive care for patients.
• Maintain up-to-date professional knowledge through continuous education, professional networking, and participation in relevant workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
