Work Environment

This full-time physical therapist position involves working onsite in various patient homes based in Hackensack, NJ. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities, limitations, and needs through detailed interviews, observations, and physical evaluations.
• Design and implement personalized physical therapy plans that focus on realistic goals derived from the patient's clinical needs, abilities, and lifestyle.
• Deliver patient-centered therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, gait and balance training to promote a return to optimal function.
• Educate patients and their families on the rehabilitation process, self-management strategies, and exercises to encourage progress outside of scheduled therapy sessions.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of patient records and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and insurance requirements.
• Regularly monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as required, and providing updates to patients, families, and referring physicians as necessary.

Qualifications

• Active and current Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey.
• Bachelor's, Doctoral, or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary between $110,000 and $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
