Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive movement assessments to evaluate patients' mobility and functional capabilities.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans that cater to individual patient needs, ensuring a holistic approach to rehabilitation.
• Continuously monitor and adjust treatment protocols based on patient progress, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques, exercises, and self-management strategies for long-term wellness and injury prevention.
• Document patient outcomes and maintain up-to-date records per regulatory standards, ensuring continuity of care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and optimize patient treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse range of patients including those recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; a Master's or Doctorate preferred.
• An active New Jersey Physical Therapist license or the ability to secure licensure before commencing employment.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
