Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at InCore, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive physical assessments to evaluate patients' movement disorders, mobility impairments, strength, and balance issues.
• Utilizing clinical expertise to determine the underlying causes of pain and functional limitations, guiding the treatment plan development.
• Collaborating with patients to establish achievable rehabilitation goals, continuously monitoring their progress regularly.
• Designing individualized rehabilitation programs that address each patient's unique needs and recovery objectives.
• Maintaining precise and timely documentation of all patient interactions, evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Providing patient education on injury prevention techniques, rehabilitation exercises, and wellness strategies to maximize recovery and future health.
• Engaging in professional development by staying current with industry practices, participating in training sessions, and attending relevant workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will involve working with a diverse range of patients, primarily focusing on those requiring orthopedic rehabilitation. Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess:

• A valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of New Jersey.
