Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their specific needs and develop personalized treatment plans aimed at improving movement, strength, and overall functionality.
• Manage a structured workload, typically servicing one patient per hour, while maintaining a high standard of care and attention to detail.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques and modalities to deliver effective treatments that promote recovery and enhance mobility.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing information accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Monitor patient progress closely, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on patient feedback and clinical outcomes.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in physical therapy and incorporate relevant findings into practice to improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• A valid and unrestricted license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of New Jersey.

• Strong clinical skills, especially in manual therapy techniques and treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits
