Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage with couples and individuals, providing specialized therapy that addresses a wide range of family and interpersonal issues. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to understand clients' needs and treatment goals.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, as well as individual sessions for each partner to explore personal concerns.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address issues such as alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, job stress, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Designing customized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each family or individual, including blended family dynamics, separation, and divorce adjustments.
\n
• Regularly reviewing progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary in collaboration with clients.
\n
• Documenting client interactions and treatment outcomes in accordance with state regulations while ensuring confidentiality.

Our target client population includes couples, families, and individuals across various age groups, particularly focusing on children, adolescents, and adults. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
