This is a fully remote position, allowing you to create a work environment that suits your personal preferences. Our flexible work schedule enables you to tailor your caseload, managing between 10 to 30 billable hours per week based on your availability. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations using the latest DSM guidelines, ensuring accurate and timely assessments of clients' mental health needs.

• Provide short-term psychotherapy services for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing various evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Offer crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health issues, collaborating closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals when necessary.

• Maintain thorough and confidential records of therapy sessions, preparing necessary documentation and correspondence to coordinate care with external agencies.

• Engage in quality assurance efforts, participating in clinical team meetings and discussions regarding complex cases and service delivery improvements.

• Utilize telehealth platforms proficiently for client interactions and manage electronic health records through our electronic billing and scheduling system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including those facing various mental health conditions and dual diagnoses. The insights gained through your assessments and treatment efforts will significantly contribute to their recovery journeys. You will engage with clients through telehealth, providing them with accessible care that respects their comfort and privacy, while effectively addressing family dynamics, sociocultural factors, and community resources.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Psy.D in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing psychotherapy services, demonstrating clinical proficiency across varied settings.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
