Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient intakes, focusing on diagnostic and functional evaluations to formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Provide brief, evidence-based interventions for clients facing mental health challenges and assist in setting realistic treatment goals.

• Collaborate closely with primary care providers by advising on patient management and referring individuals to specialty services when necessary.

• Monitor treatment progress through regular follow-ups and adjust plans as needed to enhance patient outcomes.

• Educate patients on self-management strategies and coping skills to promote autonomy in their treatment journeys.

• Document all patient interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans accurately in compliance with organizational standards.

• Lead initiatives to identify at-risk clients and develop intervention plans to prevent further deterioration of their mental health.

• Participate in clinic-wide efforts to evaluate behavioral health services, ensuring that programs meet quality and effectiveness standards.

• Adhere to the organization’s Code of Ethical Conduct while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality.

• Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall goals of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and elderly patients, addressing a variety of mental health and psychosocial issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 87,000 – 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a salary, employees may be eligible for benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, generous paid time off, and a sign-on bonus for successful candidates.
