Position Overview The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, leading production teams, and ensuring that safety, quality, and productivity goals are consistently achieved. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about developing people and improving processes. You will partner closely with operations, quality, and leadership teams to drive performance, maintain standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the facility. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Supervise, coach, and develop production employees to meet performance expectations and foster a positive team environment Production Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production activities to meet schedules and customer demands Quality Oversight: Ensure adherence to quality standards and processes, addressing issues quickly to maintain product integrity Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance workflow Staffing & Performance: Manage staffing levels, monitor attendance, and support performance management and training efforts Reporting & Metrics: Track and analyze key production metrics such as output, labor efficiency, and downtime Safety & Compliance: Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting Effective communication and team leadership skills Basic computer skills for reporting and production tracking Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required What We Offer Competitive pay and benefits package Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement savings plan Opportunities for advancement and career growth A team‑oriented culture focused on continuous improvement Why Join Walker Products?
