Why join us Stable organization with long‑term growth potential Opportunity to support leadership and employees in a highly visible role Broad exposure across HR and administrative functions Collaborative and team‑oriented culture Opportunity to grow professionally within the organization Competitive compensation and benefits package Job Details Responsibilities: Support onboarding and employee administrative processes Maintain employee files and HR documentation Assist with scheduling, coordination, and internal communication Support benefits, payroll, or HRIS administration as needed Help coordinate recruiting and interview logisticsAssist leadership with day‑to‑day administrative tasks Maintain confidentiality regarding employee and company information Support office operations and team initiatives Qualifications 2+ years of HR, administrative, office coordination, or related experience Strong organizational and communication skills High attention to detail and professionalism Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite HRIS/payroll software experience preferred Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
