Kforce has a client that is seeking a Human Resources -Recruiter I in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Summary: We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support a fast paced, high volume manufacturing environment. This is a contract to hire opportunity responsible for managing full cycle recruitment across hourly production, skilled trades, technical, professional, and salaried positions. Responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
- Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates across multiple disciplines
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, offers, and preemployment requirements
- Support temporary staffing needs and coordinate with external staffing partners
- Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding activities
- Maintain accurate recruiting records and candidate information within HR systems
- Track recruiting activity, staffing metrics, and hiring progress
- Identify potential hiring delays and communicate updates to key stakeholders
- Support additional HR and talent acquisition initiatives as needed
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of hands-on recruiting experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Full cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding
- Experience recruiting both hourly production and professional or salaried positions
- Experience working with temporary staffing agencies
- Experience with applicant tracking or HR information systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
