Define and adjust service levels to align with policy requirements, stakeholder expectations, and operational capacity. Oversee, investigate, and resolve operational issues, escalating high-risk matters as needed to ensure timely resolution. Evaluate team outputs and service delivery performance, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance quality, consistency, and efficiency. Lead, develop, coach, and manage performance of direct reports, including setting expectations, providing feedback, conducting reviews, and addressing performance issues. Participate in budget development and administration by justifying proposals, monitoring expenditures, ensuring accurate reporting, and advising on potential cost overruns with mitigation options.
