Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Haña Wellness Clinic, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group therapy sessions that foster a safe environment for clients to share their experiences, build supportive connections, and learn from each other.

• Individual Counseling: Provide personalized and empathetic individual therapy sessions to explore clients' thoughts and feelings, helping them develop practical coping strategies and tailored action plans.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop individualized and goal-oriented treatment plans, ensuring they are tailored to their specific needs and preferences, while also incorporating evidence-based methodologies.

• Monitoring Progress: Regularly assess and monitor client progress using validated assessment tools and client feedback, allowing for adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse team of professionals to coordinate care, share insights on complex cases, and consult on interdisciplinary approaches to support clients’ holistic health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
