Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify the unique needs of each client, developing personalized treatment plans based on their goals.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions with individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused methodologies.

• Monitor client progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring a responsive and adaptable approach to care.

• Document all clinical interactions accurately and adhere to ethical and legal standards in client record-keeping, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and team meetings, to stay informed of the latest advancements in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and client load.
