Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Conduct supportive and interactive group therapy sessions where clients share their experiences, learn from one another, and foster community connections.

• Individual Counseling: Provide tailored, empathetic therapy sessions addressing individual client needs, including exploring thoughts and emotions and assisting them in developing effective coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to establish individualized, goal-directed treatment plans that reflect their objectives, preferences, and progress along their healing journeys.

• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess client progress by utilizing various feedback tools and assessment methods to ensure therapeutic objectives are being met.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Actively participate as a team player, coordinating with other professionals within the clinic to ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment and exceptional client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be young adults between the ages of 18 to 30 who are experiencing mental health challenges. Our outpatient treatment center offers services grounded in evidence-based practices and holistic methodologies. You will have the opportunity to work with clients in a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), ensuring they receive intensive support to facilitate their recovery process.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.

• Current and valid LCPC licensure in the state of Nevada.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse client populations.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
