Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for each patient to assess their physical condition and functional capabilities.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on individual patient assessments, with a focus on maximizing mobility and reducing pain.
• Work with 1–2 patients per hour in a focused, individualized setting, providing direct, hands-on therapy that emphasizes effective recovery.
• Utilize advanced evidence-based techniques, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities, to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
• Regularly monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired recovery milestones effectively.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate patient records using WebPT, ensuring all documentation complies with HIPAA regulations while facilitating seamless communication within the care team.

Your primary focus will be on patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, surgical interventions, and chronic pain syndromes. You will work closely with individuals seeking to improve their functional mobility, enhance strength, and reduce pain to lead more active and fulfilling lives. Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution; a Master's or Doctorate is preferred.
• Possess an active California Physical Therapy license or be in the process of obtaining one.
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical reasoning and a solid hands-on approach to therapy and rehabilitation.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and motivate patients.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a physical therapy setting is required.
• Hands-on experience in home care environments or outpatient orthopedic physical therapy is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with using WebPT or similar electronic documentation platforms for maintaining patient records.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually , complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance options, as well as a 401(k) plan with employer contributions.
